AMAZING SERVICE BY SOLLY MELOA AT LINDSAY SAKER

I want to commend a gentleman by the name of Solly Meloa at Lindsay Saker Midrand. Outstanding customer service. He was more helpful than my FNB private wealth banker (who’s service I just rated a 1 star). Because I’m a relatively high earning freelancer who does not receive a payslip, a previous dealership had messed up my vehicle finance application in which it returned as declined. From the moment I contacted Lindsay Saker Midrand and spoke to Solly, everything was so smooth. He communicated with my bank and private wealth banker on my behalf, he helped me with the panel color changes on my car, he stayed at the dealership later than we agreed to wait for me to collect my car. I would have had my car in a week had it not been for my private bankers poor communication and lack of sense of urgency, but Solly still managed to get me sorted in two weeks max. I even experienced a minor fault in my car. Solly was more than happy to assist and even organise me a courtesy car while my car was getting fixed at no extra charge. Solly transparency, communication and willingness to help was BEYOND exceptional. Well done Lindsay Saker Midrand for having such a great person as part of your team.
