A very bad experience

I bought a T cross from VW lindsaker four ways and got the worst experience ever. Firstly I got the car without the spare keys and was told that the keys will be delivered in 7 days, a month later I made enquiries to them but they haven't assisted me even now, which is 3 months later, they are not responding my emails and calls

Secondly I was sold a maintance plan which initially I was told it's for two years however when I went to the service center I found out that it has only a year to go.

I spoke to their team trying to resolve my issues however they are silent and not communicating anything with me
