2011 T5 Kombi Door Locking fault
I bought this vehicle from a different dealer, still under VW warranty. Since day one I have had the door autolock acting up, not locking intermittently, leaving my family vulnerable. At every service and also in between services I notified VW Lindsay Saker about the ongoing problem. Their response is if it does not show up during the services, it will not be fixed under warranty. The Commercial rep Rina Jooste has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests, but it seems her management is burying their head in the sand. I am now left with approx R4000 worth of repair costs. And above all now the alarm system has been disabled by their techs which leaves me at the mercy of *********. I recently got a quote to replace my T5 with a new one, but if this is the service I can expect, there is no way. Pathetic is the only word I can come up with to describe their responses and actions of \sticking to company rules"with no place for common decency."""
