2 years without a spare key

I bought a car at landsaker east rand in 2018 but I still don't have my spare key, when I call they always promise that they will contact me to collect my keys but they never deliver. For car service sales they call you way before time cos we bringing money but when you have a complain they never attend to it. The salesman is Sammy and his manager @ Lindsay saker Boksburg
