THINK THRICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS AT TOYOTA CAPE GATE!!!

I bought a 2019 Toyota Fortuner from Auto Pedigree N1 City and it apparently has a hand brake issue because it keeps on failing the roadworthy assessment. The first time I brought the car when it was booked in, I explicitly mentioned that Auto Pedigree mentioned that there is something that needs to be replaced on the hand brake system. The only thing Toyota did was just to adjust the hand brake tight. I took the car for roadworthy again the following day, it failed due to a hand brake fault. The car was booked again at Toyota Cape gate and this time they did a proper assessment and found that there was something leaking on the hand brake and they need to replace something (bear in mind that I told them this the first time I brought the car). I had to wait for them to order the part and then bring the car back. They replaced the faulty part and the car went for roadworthy assessment again and it failed AGAIN for the same hand brake issue. Now a big organization like Toyota you would assume that they specialize in what they do and they have proper testing stations or they would make sure that whatever is being fixed is tested properly before releasing the car back to their customers! Now my car is back at Toyota Cape Gate again today for the very something. And on top of that, you get a stinking attitude from their staff members (it was in fact one person, the lady in the small office in front of the drop off area within the service center), I was told by one of the staff members that was checking my car in, that my car didn't have a job card so I must go to that lady and tell her the car is booked under Auto Pedigree, of which I went there and told her exactly that, she just chased me away as if she was chasing a demon (I don't want to bring this into a race issue but this got me wondering). Now, I am assuming that if a staff member tells me to go to her and tell her that my car was booked under Auto Pedigree, she would know what to do, but she did not know what to do with such information, she just chased me away. READLLY!!! Come Toyota Cape Gate, surely there has to be a better way to treat your customers even if you undermine them.
