Toyota Bryanston is the worst!!!

The worst dealership ever.

I bought a car from them in November last year. I phoned them within two weeks that the car is giving me problems with a clutch. They took it for fixing but the car was still the same. I told them again that the car is still giving me the same problem. They didn't wanna help me I had to push and push then took the car to them. They took it and when they gave it back it was worse. When I complained about it they didn't wanna help me. The manager Shameem and The car dealer Hebert didn't wanna help me. They told me they can't do anything about it. Now I'm stuck with a car that keeps on giving me problems and now the battery doesn't work. This car is just 6 months old but they don't wanna do nothing. I also remember checking the service book asking why is there no stamp . Hebert said it was serviced but I don't think it was because there should be a stamp on the book. They take advantage of people like me who doesn't have much knowledge about care. And they use their power as man to intimidate me.

I was treated unfairly and I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

They smile with you when they want you to buy then once you're done signing and all that. They treat you like nothing and they are very rude.
