I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the appalling service and lack of transparency from Toyota. My original 3-year service plan expired last year, so I purchased an extended service plan specifically to ensure my vehicle remained covered up to 120,000 km. Recently, I called to schedule a service appointment, which was initially confirmed by the dealership. Shortly after, I received a call back informing me that because my odometer is currently at 105,000 km, I would have to pay for this major service completely out of pocket. This makes absolutely no sense. The entire point of buying an extended service plan up to 120,000 km is to cover required maintenance within that mileage limit. Forcing a customer to pay cash when they hold an active, paid-up extended plan is completely deceptive and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Toyota has treated me like this: Last year, they forced me to buy new brake pads out of pocket. Within just a month of installation, the new brake pads started screeching. I escalated the issue and brought the car back. They claimed to inspect it, told me "nothing was wrong," and dismissed my concern. To this day, my brakes are still screeching every time I drive. Toyota has repeatedly failed to deliver quality workmanship or honor the products and plans they sell. This extended service plan has proven to be entirely useless and a waste of money. Resolution Demanded: An immediate cancellation of my extended service plan and a full refund for the
