Renault kiger 1.0 energy zen

Renault Motus vereeniging doesn't wanna fix my car with shocks problems though is still under warranty, Renault motus select Alberton didn't even bother to provide me with warranty plan Manual the time i purchased my car on the 05 November 2021, after a weeks of buying Renault kiger 1.0 energy zen i experience a problem with clutch plate they also didn't pay mind you it was a brand new, i am now suspecting that their cars are faulty, so i took my car for diagnosis as it had a noise on the left side so they said its shocks problems i have to pay myself the warranty declined, when ask they said they only pay if the car is 6 months, and mine is 2 years and half and i don't remember signing a contract for that.
