I had a very bad experience and poor service I bought a brand Traiber that I use for my business I bought it on the 4 July 2024 and the car is 2023 model on 18th july 2024 the car burned a clutch plate I took it to Renault Vereeniging as I was told that the car has warranties to cover all and the car is still new so I called and I was told to bring the car on the 18 July I took it there and the car was left there they didn’t check it until I went back the on the 24 of July were I asked to talk to a manager that’s were my car was checked an they called and tell me that I need to come and pay R16000 than I asked cause the car has warranty and it covers the gearbox why don’t you claim from it they told me no they won’t if I want to complain I must go to the dealership and complain or I must pay the bill i went to the dealership ENE motors and told ask them to help me with the car cause it doesn’t even have a month then then I was told there is nothing they can do cause the car has warranty I must talk to Renault then I ended telling them I will bring the car back to the dealership and cancel the deal cause now I’m not working at all and my car is st********** at Renault and I’m being told to pay for a car that has warranty for something that is in a gearbox so I was asking for hellopeter to help me
