Motus Renault vereeniging the worst.

I had the worst service at this dealership, I took my cay for a service on the 12th of April and was turned back because "my service plan was terminated " as according to the consultant who was supposedly assisting me on that particular day. I even tried to show her that my service plan was active from December 2023 all she could do was give me "proof" with an incorrect Vin number that my service plan was terminated and I should call the service provider, which I did and according to the service provider my service plan was still active. I re-booked with the same dealership as it is the only dealership for the whole of vaal for Wednesday the 17th of April and to my surprise on that day I was signing most of the documents even before they could check that my service plan is active and authorized, compared to when I was there previously. I must say for the first time, since I've been servicing my car at Renault I have never received such bad service. Even to collect my car I had to wait an hour, I went there at 16h00 thinking since I haven't received any call from there I should go right before they close only for me to wait there for an hour. I am totally disappointed and have never encountered such incompetence with the vanderbijlpark dealership, which was of course closed.
