Bad service

I ordered a front bumper stiffner for my Nissan Micra on the 15th of June 2022, I was told it will take 3 to 5 working days and that I will get a call when the part has arrived, I called everyday from the Tuesday of the following week, they kept telling me it will arrive the next day, until Thursday last week when I spoke to Gareth who told me that the part I ordered had gone missing, and that he will reorder it and let me know if it is instock and then phone Nissan SA and Dsv to find out where the parcel is, on Friday I was told that they are still waiting for feedback, only because I called, I have been the one doing a follow up, no one has bothered to call me with regards to any feedback, I called again this morning and I was told the manager has gone out for deliveries, I sent a whatdapp and I am getting Blue ticked. I am very frustrated at this point as the panel beater can not continue with his work until I get this part.
