Excellent service received from Riaan Nabal (after the poor service received from the lady at your service centre)

I want to thank Riaan Nabal for excellent customer service! I have nothing but positive comments about him. Riaan assisted me after it was confirmed that the lady in Bertus' place **** to me by telling me she spoke to Liquid Capital. (She sits at the desk where Bertus used to sit) I had to pay for my car's service after my service plan expired during the lockdown. I tried to contact the service centre before it expired and could not get through. I paid for my service out of my own pocket after the lady told me she spoke to Liquid Capital and that they refused to pay for it. Long story short, it was confirmed that she did not call them at all. This is unacceptable as we are all going through a tough time and need every cent we can. I do hope that you address her on proper customer service. I eventually spoke to Riaan who followed up for me, kept me up to date on the progress, and my query was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I will certainly tell our friends about the great service received fro you Riaan, and look forward to returning soon!
