Bad service

I’m so disappointed in Renault menlyn.

I’ve done everything to get my window fixed since 2022 when the car was still new I got it 6th April 2022 and the problem arises around September

It’s now 2024 and it’s still not fixed I’ve taken the to the dealership more then 10 times to get the same issues fixed . And everytime I visit the dealership they make promises they can’t keep when you call them they don’t pick up I’ve never had such a bad service experience in my life. I would advice that you don’t buy anything from this dealership
