Answer me

I took my car for a service at Renault Motus Menlyn. Before the service, my car was in perfect condition. However, the day after, an alert light appeared, indicating low oil. When this happened again a few days later, I returned to Renault, where I was informed that the oil pressure sensor was malfunctioning and giving false readings. They claimed it was purely a coincidence that the issue started the day after the service and insisted it was not their fault.

I had to pay for a replacement part, which was ordered. When it arrived, I brought my car in, expecting a resolution. However, at the end of the day, I was simply handed my keys to be sent on my way. When I asked for the old part, the mechanic informed that the wrong part had been ordered.

It took three months and ten emails before I finally received a response about the correct part being ordered. I was told the "correct" part had arrived, so I returned with my car—only to discover once again that the wrong part had been ordered. I have requested a refund, as this dealership is clearly not capable of fixing the issue, but my emails continue to go unanswered.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this dealership. During the previous year’s service, the mechanic failed to close the oil cap after changing the oil, causing all the oil to leak out the next day.

Please do not let this dealership go anywhere near your oil.
