Pathetic Service

We purchased a vehicle on 23/09/21 and took delivery on the 06/10/21. Over a month later, we still haven't received registration papers, number plate or spare key. The Sales person who assisted us (Romalan Govender) assured me that they will bring everything 2 days after delivering vehicle and we are still waiting. From date of purchase, there has been no updates regarding the outstanding items nor does He return our calls. This is really pathetic service as we are relocating and need this sorted ASAP.
