Horrible customer service from Motus Nissan

Zero star rating if I could. Very unprofessional, very very unhelpful. For the past 2 days I’ve been doing my best to get information on a vehicle I purchased that was serviced at Motus Nissan to not get any help at all. The phone rings and rings and rings until the call eventually cuts out and when you do get through to the service department they are extremely rude and make false promises of phoning you back. I’m absolutely disgusted!
