Windscreen Camera Replacement

I my vehicle has been at Isuzu for the last 3 weeks between Isuzu Midrand and Isando. My vehicles front windscreen camera stop working months ago, I booked my vehicle at Isuzu Midrand for the service advisor to tell me that my battery has a dead cell and that I need to replace. I replaced the battery and then I was given the runaround by the service advisor that the cable required to calibrate the camera they do not and will advise.

I then took my vehicle to Isuzu Isando which there is absolutely no communication on the status of my vehicle until I call the dealership which has been a week now. The technician tells me this afternoon that the camera was damaged during the windscreen replacement and there is nothing that can be done, yet 2 months ago when my vehicle was serviced I was told that the camera is not working due to a fault fuse which was replaced.

5 months later and same issues still persists with little no help from Isuzu.
