Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I purchased an Isuzu MU-X last Friday and traded in my Pajero for R440,000. R200,000 was used as the deposit, with the remaining R240,000 due to me. I supp**** all requested documents and signed an additional document when requested. It is now a week later and the R240,000 is still outstanding. I have tried contacting management but have received no response. I expected a professional and efficient process, especially after the vehicle was already delivered. I am hoping this review will get the attention of management and that the outstanding payment will be resolved urgently.
