************ and ********* Sales from Isando Isuzu (Motus Group)

I recently attempted to purchase a demo vehicle from the Isando Isuzu after being let down by a Renault dealership. We found a vehicle advertised by Isando Isuzu online. We called and confirmed the vehicle was available and then asked the sales man if the vehicle had any accident history and if it was in almost new condition as described in the advert. He assured us the vehicle had no accident history and was like new.

We sent through all finance, got approval, sent through my proof of insurance and requested the vehicle be delivered that afternoon. We were told they would not be able to, so the following morning we arrived at the dealership around 11 to find the vehicle not there and told another dealership was using it. Our wesbank contract was also not ready and we were ready to cancel the deal.

We left and came back only to discover the vehicle was not as advertised, it had been involved in a serious accident and was very poorly repaired. It also had more mileage than advertised.

We have since gone and purchased a new Ecosport and received amazing service from Eagle Ford. We want to bring this ************ and ********* practice to peoples attention and warn them of the practices of Isando Isuzu and the Motus group.
