Unhappy client

Good day,

I bought Isuzu X-Rider September 2024. I have been enjoying the car since then until 21 February 2025(It was on a Friday).

I drove the car to school. Parked the car and when I came back the car didn't want to start. I called Isuzu road side assistance. When AA was on the way it eventually started after more than an hour. I said there is no need to take that car for inspection since it is starting. I thought the issue was resolved miraculously.

On the 24th of February 2025 I drove it again to school, this time I didn't switch it off and collected the kids. Went to a filling station and switched it off. The car did the same issue. I called Isuzu road side assistance, AA came and took the car for inspection. After 4 days I was told the car is ready.

I went to fetch it at Isuzu Isando. I asked what was the issue and I never got a concrete answer. I was only told that is electronics and a battery was changed. I also asked the person who was assisting to send me inspection report. To date I have never received the inspection report and the warranty papers I signed.

Today I drove the car to the shops, when I'm supposed to leave. The car didn't want to start. I called AA again for the car to be taken back to Isuzu Isando. After about 40 to 60 mins, it started. I drove it home. . Then AA had to pick up the car from my residential place. When AA guy arrived, he parked outside so that I can drive it outside. The car didn't want to start again. He suggested we roll it to the gate and the car started. Clearly the issue was not a battery which they changed before.

This car is becoming a serious danger to my life and family because it can stuck in the middle of nowhere anytime of the day or night. All I ask for, is the car to be given serious attention for the problem to be resolved for good because I can't continue driving a car behaving like this with just over 6000km on the odometer. I request a courtesy car while they are busy inspecting and trying to resolve the car. I also need to be updated thoroughly what the progress of the car is and what the real issue is this time.
