This dealer knows exactly what excellent customer service entails. Sold my vehicle on Saturday and for the first time since 1971, I was without wheels. Saw an ad for a suitable car on Gumtree/Cars.co.za and forwarded my interest on Sunday morning. Low and behold, shortly thereafter I received a call from Lukas Tsotetsi! He indicated he was only at work to tidy up his desk but promised to come back to me on Monday morning with full particulars of the vehicle. Needless to say he phoned, we negotiated a little about the price and other issues and on Tuesday I was flying to ORT to inspect (and perhaps buy) the car. Lucas picked me up at the airport and introduced me to what would become my next means of transport. I spotted a couple of small issues on the car and immediately Lucas offered to pay for repairs. In one of his e-mails, Lucas described himself as "a very honest guy". I was still a little sceptic until I've met the man. Now I know there is still car sales executives with a lot of integrity. When payment had to be made, the trouble arose like the proverbial Bad Moon. Everybody became involved and tried to help: Janine, Tanya, Chanel, Edward and even the Big Boss Le Roux Roux himself. Instead of accusations, I was treated like real royalty. Fully-paid accommodation and hospitality from all. When I drove away from Motus Isuzu Isando the following day, I felt a real urge to do business with these guys again. They (all of the staff) are really going out of their way to make one feel at home and walk the extra mile with their customers. Thank you Lukas and kudo's to each one of the staff. You have all reason to be extremely proud of your team, Mr. Roux!
