Bad service

According to website on phone the branch closing on 13:00 on a Saturday. On 07/06/2025 I get to the gate on 12:12 and get told the parts department already close on 12:00.

On Friday 06/06/2025 I call for parts on a bakkie get told their is stock available ask for a quote so that I could to make payment. As they has been closed on Saturday when I get their I made payment on the part as I need to get it couriered. When I call I get told part will only be available on Tuesday afternoon, Now do it take a day to get it out of the shelf because on Friday it was in stock.
