Angry customer

My mother bought an Opel Mokka in 2023, and the salesman has been sending us pillar to post without solving the issues we initially observed with the vehicle. It firstly didn't come with bolt covers for the wheel bolts, and had a dent on the driver door. Since August 2023, they've been saying this matter will be resolved.
