Light particles in Diesel takes down Isuzu Dmax
Isuzu warranty not worth the paper its printed on. 60000km Issues with injectors. Vehicle now standing for three weeks. Service manager just says its Isuzu South Africa's problem not the dealerships problem. They are trying to bully me into accepting their unreasonable terms for the repair. I will not be bul****.

Good afternoon, Mr Kriel With reference to prior e mail correspondence, you advised that no authorisation will be given by you to determine cause of failure on the injectors. Isuzu South Africa also advised should the failure be due to fuel contamination of any kind a 50% goodwill contribution will be authorised. In the light of the above can you please return the loan vehicle provided by Motus Isuzu Bloemfontein and collect your vehicle. I will extend the loan period on the loan vehicle until Wednesday 22 October 2025 at end of business 17:00. I think you missed a couple emails. That does not surprise me.
I stated that I will not give authorization for the tests to be done if it is for my account. You are more than welcome to do the tests if you are going to pay for it. The diesel in my vehicle is not contaminated. The test conducted by Wear check confirms this. Isuzu South Africa should therefore be responsible for the costs of any tests and repairs to my vehicle.

The outcome of the test done by wear check confirms this. The diesel in my vehicle conforms to South African standards. Why should I be responsible for the cost of extra tests that You as the dealer and Isuzu South Africa want to do?
You indicate that should the failure be due to fuel contamination. Kindly indicate what has failed on my vehicle? Please forward me the test result you have done that indicates which injector on which cylinder was not within spec when you tested it.
Your response regarding the loan vehicle expected. Retaliation for referring a case to the Motor Ombudsman under case no 511189.
I will update my google review as well as my Hello Peter post with your email response.
I hope to hear from you on an urgent basis.
