Terrible experience. False allegations.

Had the such a terrible experience with this dealer.

I was in the market for a brand new Ranger. Got a few quotes from various dealers. Ford Germiston came back with the best deal. Mariaan was very helpful and I test drove a vehicle.

Finance submitted and approved and the day before I was going to collect the vehicle, i get a call from Quentin Du Toit making false allegations that i am a dealer and they are not allowed to sell to traders / dealers. I was absolutely shocked as the vehicle was being purchased on my name, finance was done on my name etc.

They turned this exciting new purchase into terrible experience. He basically googled by cell number and 2 vehicles came up. 1 vehicle that i sold in 2017 (Personal car) and another which i sold privately (T Cross) as the dealer was not giving me a good price on a trade in. Funny thing is that the first link takes you to a WEBUYCARS advert. How on earth can they assume this is my advert?

Well, you have lost a customer and a sale and i will not recommend this dealer at all.
