BAD Service, Incompetant service manager using bull**** excuses

I bought a new car, had problems with the battery from day 1. Motus ford Germiston is useless is supporting and servicing the car. Instead of replacing the car battery, they charged it.

The service manager clearly is too *********** to understand that the battery is damaged and is using all excuses in the book not to replace it.

STAY AWAY FROM MOTUS FORD GERMISTON. when you take you car in for service they will not fix it, instead use bull**** excuses to let you believe that the car has been fixed.
