Stay Way from this cover from Motovantage

I took a Tyre and Mag cover about almost a yr ago. I distinctly remember asking about the type of damage the wheel covers. My mag got damaged and I was sent to Tiger Wheel for the repairs, I am not told that the policy only covers complete damage and replacement of the wheel not cosmetics. I don't know what they consider cosmetics as there is a chunk of metal out of the edge of the mag that needs to be repaired. Policy Number MVT***3 Claim Number T791540 I tried calling the claims line and waited for over 15mins on the phone numerous times. I tried resolving this with the claims technician and all he says is take it to the complaints department, I also asked him to send me the policy wording where is says damaged wheels not minor damages and scratches.
