Scratch and Dent Policy

Horrible company to work with, they do not honour the contract. We have a scratch,dent and interior repair policy. When submitting a claim you have to follow up endless times and they are looking for excuses not to pay. When I phoned the agent that corresponded on the emails, he asked me who do I represent and why am I phoning him. They are very eager to sell you the policy but don't ever dare to claim.
