Monthly reminder not to take a policy with these guys especially via Wesbank as when you try to cancel it they will duck and dive and keep trying to take your money.

Your Senior Complaints Resolution Coordinator Alison Pijl is extremely unpleasant and condescending to say the least. This interaction has literally been the worst part of my day, especially when you are seeking assistance only to be met with someone who isn’t even bothered to read through your responses. No wonder this is still open to date, can’t expect better from your consultants if this is how your senior manager talks to people

Next time before you refer an administrator, please teach them people skills? Your Senior Complaints Resolution Coordinator Alison Pijl is extremely unpleasant and condescending to say the least. This interaction has literally been the worst part of my day, especially when you are seeking assistance only to be met with someone who isn’t even bothered to read through your responses. No wonder this is still open to date, can’t expect better from your consultants if this is how your senior manager talks to people
