No customer service, bad claim procedure
Logged a claim online and submitted pictures online with reference ***2. Agent called me back and said they'll send me an email with the claim number etc, no email was received. I called the call center today and after being transferred multiple times and having to reexplain my claim process, my call was cut and nobody bothered to call me back. Pathetic service.
