Motovantage- scratch and dent policy

It is a ****. They are having making me chashing them for my claim to approve. for the past 2 months they told me all sort of excuses .claim was said to be capped at 4500 and later was changed to 3500 per claim. Dent doctor provided a quote in the 4500 excl vat they rejected and ask that they requote and it came to R10000. Now they rejected it they are telling they are seeking other quotes. What **** is this they running. Their call centre kept me on hold for 5minutes and phone cut off.claim not resolved. It is a ****.in 2024 the prices to include labour a cost of repairs it is a joke what they are telling me. Do not waste your money do not take up thier scratch and dent policy cover.it is not worth your money.
