Motovantage /FNB scratch and dent policy ****

Listen to me as soon as you receive a sales pitch about scratch and dent policy from FNB/Motovantage run for your life .hang up that call and block that number. I have been paying for that nonsense from may 2020 ,meaning they have collected over 4k of my money .

they have rejected my claim without verifying that the scratches are more than the 15cm stated in the policy.they simply re**** on pictures i sent . their service provider Auto magic is also involved in their **** by intentionally escalating estimated costs to fix the scratches. The scratches i claimed for will not cost more than the 3k indemnity limit. but they claim this will cost R18k.How did they come up with this figure without physically seeing my car.

i wish i would checked hello peter reviews before agreeing to this cause all i am seeing all scratch and dents policy reviews are 1 star reviews. but you have messed a wrong person this time.i will take this ombudsman cause your intentions were ill from inception

i am not even asking that you fix every scratch i say fix what is within the indemnity limit
