MOTORITE/MotoVantage Extended Warranty and Service Plan

I have an Extended Warranty and service plan with Motorite/MotoVantage for my vehicle, a double cab bakkie. The service I received during December 2023 from Motorite was exceptional.

The claim administrator's name is Mr. Innocent Mabaso. He was very professional and attentive. He communicated every step of the claim process until the moment I fetched my bakkie from the dealership. The only concern is having to get through via phone calls. They take long to answer but when they do, their service is incredible. They rep**** to every email and communicated every stage of my claim. My vehicle is in mint condition. I was going to give you 4stars because of the long wait before answering phone calls but I'm giving you 5stars because of the exceptional customer service from Mr. Innocent Mabaso. Keep up the great work. Thank you Motorite/MotoVantage. Thank you Mr. Innocent Mabaso from the claims department. You have gained a loyal customer.
