FNB motovantage Scratch and dent cover
I got ****med with their scratch and dent Policy. I submitted a claim last week. and the sent a guy who cant fix a simple 10 cm scratch. He says he only fix dents but the cover clearly said scratch and dent. he is telling me i need to repaint the whole car and that is what they are going to use to deny the whole claim. I have canceled my police and I will definitely be reversing the debit orders. I am really disappointed in FNB for selling me such a ****py product
