Claim for VW Caddy breakdown handled by Graham Oliver of Motorite

I had an unfortunate and very inconvenient vehicle brekdown. After taking my vehicle to J Bay Auto I was contacted by Graham Oliver of Motorite. Graham was diligent and thourough in his approach to the claim and kept me fully informed each step of the way. My unhappy vehicle experience was was replaced by his very competent handling of the situation. Graham is a credit to the Motorite organisation. Thank you indeed!
