Need assistance please!

I bought a baby monitor and not long after the chaging cable of the monitor does not work. I asked for assistance to buy a new charging cable on the 31st of October 2018 and have not gotten much help at all! It takes days before someone reaponds and I reapond right away and have to wait days again. I need my baby monitor to work. Can someone please help me ASAP?
