Motorola baby monitors

Bought a very expensive baby monitor that turned out to be faulty and malfunctioned after +-8months. Returned the product and received an used demo as replacement which also malfunctioned a few months thereafter. All Motorola is doing is saying year one has passed and your warranty expired and forcing me to pay an another excessive amount to replace and not accepting the fact that their product is of poor quality. Poor quality, poor value for money, poor customer service. I must admit they are good at throwing the book at you though.
