I've been trying for almost two days to find support for a problem with my Motorola phone. The website is useless because it doesn't offer support to South Africa and the US agents refuse to assist unless I can provide a US address - which I obviously cannot because I don't live there. I spent a ton of money on importing this phone and now I discover that it seems impossible to get support when the device fails! I've also tried to contact Lenovo as they're meant to assist with Motorola phones, but their site simply redirects to the useless Motorola site. There are no email addresses available anywhere to make contact, the feedback report I submitted directly from the phone to request help has been ignored, the review I left on one of the Motorola apps to try and get attention for the issue was responded to with a link to the useless Motorola site, the chat function on the site redirects to US agents who refuse to assist, and the only number I was given is US-based and thus useless too! Motorola seems to have made it utterly impossible for South Africans to receive help or support for Motorola products, and they sell them to us knowing this but failing to disclose it! I've been a lifelong Motorola supporter but this is absolutely disgusting and completely *********. Who is going to assist with my faulty phone?! Since this business isn't claimed on HelloPeter, I'm assuming this won't help either, but I'm warning others not to trust this company anymore and not to buy their products until the provide support for South Africans!
