Vodacom / Corp Connect Very Bad Service

In 2016 we used a company called Corp Connect to apply for Vodacom Broadband, this was to be installed at 3 of our employee's homes and we requested them to first confirm if they do cover the addresses and then quote us for this.

Corp connect rep**** to us with a quote that was very expensive, so we requested them to not proceed with this and no final documents were signed to proceed with the request.

After all this, we picked up Vodacom has been deducting this for more than 2 years now and after inquiring this they have no clue why and how this is possible because on their systems it shows the request was cancelled. Now to get them to refund this money has been an issue because they just keep sending the requests from one person to another in Vodacom and no one can tell me what is the problem and when this will be refunded but they still deduct every month.

I hope with this review to open some eyes and that people will think twice before using Corp Connect or Vodacom as service providers.
