We've been trying to get my late Mom's pension fund from this company they don't want to pay it and it's their 3 months probation is overdue. When I contact them and ask why they told me that they missing some documents which I did attached on the email I don't why but after sending all those documents they sent me an email saying they received all the documents.And one thing that is worrying me they were quite all along until I did some follow up.
