Worst service ever!!!

<p>I have been struggling since November 2016 to get my mother in laws pension. It's been nearly 4 months now. I have sent all documentation to Andries who then went on leave. I then resend all documentation to Maria via email who then asked me to send it via post. I did this by speed service the following day. This was on the 12th of December 2016. When I phoned to follow up since my emails weren't answered I was informed that she also went on leave last Friday 16th of December. They also told me there is nothing they can do for me until end of January 2017. So now my mother in law must struggle yet another month (5months) to get money that is rightfully hers. No one was being kind nor helpful or understanding. </p>
