Worst Motor Industry Fund by Far!

My dad has been with this fund for over 20 years. We’ve started the claim process in August 2020 after being contacted by ICTS whom handles the application Process. Since then we’ve been calling, emailing and no response. No one picks up calls after waiting on the line for over 20 minutes. I will definitely be logging a formal complaint regarding this fund. I’ve even tried contacting the management team via social media and the only response I got was being blocked. You’re client services is pathetic! They’ll be hearing from our lawyers.
