Withholding Shortfall of Pension Payment

Short payment of pension January and February 2025 of R535.39 each month. We have been trying to resolve this matter since beginning of Feb, with an explanatory email as follow up on 12 March 2025. We have been trying to phone *** the direct line for pensioners, which goes straight to voicemail to leave a message and calls are never returned. *** is never available and cannot get through. All we want is the back pay of January and Feb to be made. How hard can it be for MIFA to.go back in their records
