Unprofessional Service

I am so disappointed with the Motor Industry Fund. There is no client service at all. I have been trying to phone on numerous occasions, after holding for longer than 20 minutes to half an hour, the automotive voice says the number is temporarily unavailable. I have emailed so many times with no response. I have even emailed a consultant directly after she contacted me via email asking for my tax number etc. After that no response to calls or email.
