This is a Grade R/Kindergarden group on planet Pluto

Unfortunately this is not a business. It is a grade R/kindergarden group on the planet Pluto. Took me an hour to get hold of them to submit a claim. Well what can I say... They went back to play on planet pluto. You can call an email as many times as you like, you can try to reach out to as many people as you like because I've almost met the entire workforce at MIRF and still no one ever replies to any calls, email, WhatsApp's, facebook messages or anything. Been months now without any answers.
