The most pathetic fund administrator I ever dealt with

I have not had a single pleasant experience with MIFA from the time I withdrew my lumpsum - I was sent from pillar to post eventually told it was processed and still waited more than a month only to be told there was a system issue

There’s a balance on my account with I eventually gave up on and today I’m trying to obtain my IRP5 which SARS says the administrator should submit the info to them and I have been calling since this morning I was told to send an email to Taxcommunications and the manager B.F and no acknowledgment of my email received.

I won’t be surprised if I call next week and be told that I must resend the details because nothing was received
