Terrible Service

Been trying to call these guys. Have to wait like 30-40 minutes before you get through. They don't have a clue what to do. I eventually emailed them. They acknowledged my email but don't respond. Absolutely shocking. Tried to withdraw my funds and got 2 different stories from them. Laid a complaint but still no response. Not sure who else to contact to resolve my issues with them.
