STILL WAITING FOR THE FUNDS SINCE 2012

My name is CLINTON GRANT SHARPE . I have since 2013 being trying to obtain my access funds due to me .I am told every time I make a visit to the offices . They say they are working on REGION by REGION . Every body has already received there funds ,except me .. This is now a long outstanding matter . I have a Family to support and my Water bill is arrears & they want to cut it off . I want to know why it is taking so long for it to be paid out.
