Relaxing at home!!

NO reply to emails and when you call in you wait a long time just to hear the number is unavailable. please change your slogan. you are not here to help.

i get the working from home due to the pandemic but please try to assist us and don't be home and do nothing. i can hear the agents pick up the phone and then drop it and play some music again. the service is poor. glad I'm not a member anymore.
