Provident fund request since January

I've been sending documents for my provident fund since January 2022 , after submission I'm always handed over to a new person to deal with Each time the new person would request different documents and are never available when calling I've now submitted all the requested documents and Im now being told they have mailed sars to verify documents - the same documents I've been sent to sars over and over to obtain. This is really frustrating as there is never anyone on to speak to from MIFA. Need answers ASAP
